ÄNTLIGEN! At last! Kazuo Ishiguro wins the Nobel Prize!

As I said at least five years ago:

Kazuo Ishiguro is one of the greatest authors of all time! He has been my undisputed favourite author for more than a decade, and he is worthy the prize for some of his works alone, like “The Remains of the Day”, “Never Let Me Go” and “The Buried Giant”!

I hope to meet him in person when he comes to Stockholm!

And yes, I already have his autograph!

As my beloved wife borrowed my Pelikan M120N, (and refused to return it) ,  for editing musical scores, I picked up my Sapporos. Wow! I love the combination of a narrow but juicy line! See you in September!

Sometimes when one is thinking of friends, or pens, it is easy to forget those who always have been there for you, like this pen that I have been using daily at work for the last ten years. I’m using it for signing documents, and for writing fancy retirement- and birthday cards…

The ink is my choice for this summer:

J. Herbin “Vert Empire”

See you in August for another pen…
